ALL STAR Vacation Homes joined more than 550 Disney fans in Harrisburg, PA July 18-20, 2008 for the 5th annual MagicMeets Fan Gathering. The weekend, which sold-out in less than 38 hours, brought Disney enthusiasts together to meet ‘n greet and attend a host of fun sessions presented by Disney experts and authors.
Speakers included: Deb Wills from AllEarsNet; Dave Marx from PassPorter; Lou Mongello from Disney World Trivia and host of the WDW Radio Show; Mike Scopa, also of AllEars and co-host of WDW Today podcast; Beci Mahnken founder of MEI and Mouse Fan Travel; Steve Barrett from Hidden Mickeys Guide; and many others!
Lou Mongello also led “The Dream Team” silent auction. This effort, when combined with additional fund raising efforts by many other partners leading up to MagicMeets, raised $20,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation!
ALL STAR Vacation Homes awarded two prizes for MagicMeets. The first, in partnership with Kissimmee Guest Services, was four tickets to Cirque du Soleil La Nouba. The second: a seven night stay in a 5-Star private pool Orlando vacation home.

Steve Trover, CEO of ALL STAR Vacation Homes and President of Discover Vacation Homes, the vacation home rental industry’s non-profit public awareness organization, was featured on an on-camera interview for the Central Florida News 13 Your Home segment that aired on Wednesday, July 16th.
