Let the good times roll once again at Universal Studios Florida®! Get ready to catch beads, see amazing floats and party ‘Nawlins-style for the most spectacular Mardi Gras celebration this side of Louisiana. At Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Florida®, Saturdays and select nights, February 9-April 20, enjoy hot concerts, spicy Cajun cuisine and a colorful parade. Gather up the family and celebrate all day with a schooner full of fun and entertainment.

If you’ve never experienced a Mardi Gras celebration, be prepared to be amazed during an authentic and family-friendly adaptation of the famous New Orleans street party. Listen to some of the hottest performers in music during the event’s concert series. This year’s concert schedule includes:

You can also stroll on over to the French Quarter Courtyard to listen to musicians direct from New Orleans playing blues and Zydeco. While you’re there, sample favorite foods from the Big Easy like jambalaya, shrimp gumbo, red beans and rice, Andouille sausage, beignets, king cake and more.

And what Mardi Gras celebration would be complete without a parade? Your family won’t want to miss the must-see parade where they can catch handfuls of sparkling beads, see over-the-top costumes, watch street performers and stilt walkers and greet the Mardi Gras king and queen. This year’s theme is “Colorful Cultures Around the World.” Young children can visit the Little Jester’s Parade Viewing Area for a special viewing area and festive activities just for them.
