It’s hard to believe that it’s been ten years since Disney’s Animal Kingdom first opened its gates.  This Tuesday, April 22nd, the Walt Disney World park celebrates its 10th anniversary.

At 500 acres, Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Orlando is the largest park at Walt Disney World and is home to 1,000 animals and 3,000 species of plants and trees.
