We enjoyed our first stay in this townhome so much that our second visit was for 2 weeks! Windsor Palms is a beautiful and well kept community and this unit was very clean, beautiful and spacious. We’ll never stay in a cramped hotel room again as there was plenty of room to spread out and relax after a busy day. My husband and I traveled with our 2 children and grammy and pop. It was great to have a bathroom with each bedroom and also the laundry facilities cut down on packing. The small pool was great for the kids when the grown ups were too tired to go the community pool.
We’re now planning another trip with my sister and her family. I have complete confidence in All Star and will probably be looking for a 4-5 bedroom house this time.

Advantages of Staying in a Vacation Home
Amenities - The numerous advantages to staying in a vacation home include amenities such as fully equipped full-size kitchens, washer/dryers, private pools & spas, and multiple master bedrooms. Many homes also feature private game rooms or home theatres and bedrooms themed just for kids. Several vacation home rental communities offer resort amenities, such as a clubhouse, fitness center, game room, convenience store, basketball/volleyball/tennis courts and guarded privacy entrance.
Space – An average hotel room offers less than 500 sq. ft. of space. Vacation home accommodations range from 3 bedroom condos with 1,100 sq. ft. to 7 bedroom homes with more than 3,400 sq. ft. of living space. This does not include the private deck, pool and spa offered in most vacation rental homes.
Value - Rates vary by property and are based on season, size of home, amenities and community in which they are located. Rates will vary from $109/night for a condo up to $529/night for a 7 bedroom pool home. Consider that a 3 bedroom condo can comfortably sleep 8 guests and a 7 bedroom pool home can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. The savings on a per person basis vs. the number of hotel rooms needed is substantial. Plus guests have all the amenities of home and more at their fingertips.
